At Isha’s Hair & Beauty, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with adequate notice to accommodate other clients. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.
We strive to provide each client with the attention and service they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify your service to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.
In such cases, we may consider it a late cancellation, and a cancellation fee may apply.
A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, and future appointments may require pre-payment or a non-refundable deposit.
